Lohaki Lodge is very conveniently located in the village of Volcano. We were very comfortable staying here. Close proximity to the National Park.

As shown in the front picture, if seniors are occupying the house, have front door accessible. The back steps are too steep.

This cabin is the best location! 5 mins away from the park. Fortunately, Kīlauea was erupting during our stay. It was a 10-15 min drive to the best viewing area in the park. Everything was fantastic. The house itself is very spacious and cozy. The hot tub area was the most magical part of the property surrounded by trees and fern. This place is amazing, molten lava or not it is a truly unique island, do come and visit. The volcanoes national park is only minutes away, Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa are only short drives away and amazing beaches and valleys cover the whole island.
