"The property was nice and clean. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was uninteresting. we were there for 3 breakfasts. Every day there was the same breakfast. Very uninteresting."

"Was unable to stay here. Had requested an ADA room via hotels.com. Gave us one room with a bathtub in it. We returned to front desk, and I said I needed a room with a shower, at least. We were given another room. This one contained a tub with a bar to grasp. So we returned once again to the front desk. This time, we were told there was no ADA room avaiable so we had to quickly book elsewhere."

"The desk staff was so friendly and helpful. We were so stressed about no power or heat in our home. We were treated so well an arrangements were made for Lola our pup. The room was quiet, spotless and very comfortable especially the beds. A++++++++ all around. Love the lemon ice water in the lobby. Breakfast was good too!"

"I'm an entertainer with the band Floyd Live and have stayed at this hotel many times. Staff is always friendly, grounds are always clean and the rooms are always neat, tidy and comfortable. The noon checkout is very accommodating as we are always late night arrivers. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in. Everything was very clean an neat. I love the lodge atmosphere. Walking through the halls does feel a little retro but not old and dated. The room was nice. We had a doulbe queen. I like the seperation so the kids had one half and parents had the other. The balcony overlooking the dlopes has nice. All in all we really ejoy staying here and continue our annual holiday."

"By our arrival the motel was empty, cold, no hot water. After an out they were able to heat water but the three rooms were tried stayed cold. They didn’t want to return our money until we called police. Then the manager arrived and said she returned the money to Expedia virtual card. I don’t see the money on my card yet "
