「The room was very cute and the service staff were very helpful. The room looked very clean however there was a TERRIBLE mildew smell that made it hard for me to sleep due to respiratory issues. I felt uncomfortable because the smell was so strong it made me feel like there might’ve been a mold issue. Aside from the smell I would have given 5 stars. I called the front desk to see if a room switch was possible but I was told they were completely booked which is understandable. Hope they fix this...

「I booked the place and then saw the reviews about the bedbugs and called to cancel immediately there was no way I was going to start in a bug infested place with my family. The front desk gentleman was so rude to me and told me to cancel my own reservation and I asked him about the bed bugs and he confirmed it and still gave me a hard time about canceling! Run fast away from them」

「Room was clean, property was well maintained. Staff were very courteous at the desk and the cleaning staff was phenomenal knocked on my door to check everything. Only thing lacking was breakfast nothing hot besides waffles but not worth giving them a 4 star review the experience was great will stay again」
