「Perhaps, we had an off night for the cleaning staff, but my room was not clean to hotel standards. I’m not picky at all, and I debated even saying anything because I like to give the hotels the benefit of the doubt, but if I had been staying more than just a couple hours to sleep, I probably would’ve mentioned it to the front desk. 「Excellent boutique hotel in a fabulous location - easy walking distance (20 min) to all of the historic district. Stayed 2 nights and felt safe walking everywhere (Independence Hall, Penn’s Landing, etc). Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable…. basic but lovely, with “urban loft” style decor/furnishings. 「The property was BEAUTIFUL! The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was clean. Upon arrival, I did my own inspection and the only concern I had was the mattress cover... it was soiled and I was not comfortable sleeping on that. The staff on duty did change it for me with no hesitation. I am definitely looking forward to returning. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Lots of attractions and restaurants in the area. Parking was great!」
