「The spot was amazing!! Location was perfect for what I went for, which was to see the dodgers play at PNC Park. There were things that visibly need to be fixed, small holes on one wall, fire alarms falling off the wall(still connected) the sink would clog if the water was on to long . 「The beds were absolutely terrible. Couldn't get a good night's sleep. People were doing fires right outside that smoked everybody out. Overall. Just disappointed. Check-In was terrible. Expedia said that the check-in hours were till 5:00 on Friday, which is incorrect. It's 4:00 . Therefore, we could not get our key and had to contact the after-hour person(who was great)who talked to the host to try to get our keys which took over an hour to get that taken care of and then they would not let us...

「The check-in process is a major hassle to be honest. Too many protocols, uploading your ID, etc. etc. it’s pretty tedious. They also don’t provide a complementary late checkout even though the state is about a quarter of 1000 at least they are very strict about the checkout time as well and you have to pay an extra $64 just to stay an hour more. 「I loved the modern aesthetic and spacious feel of the place. The location was in a cute little area. The room was very clean and well kept. Also, the whole process from start to finish was so easy and how they do the checkin, handle stuff during your stay all the way until after your stay is exceptional. I highly recommend checking out SoSuite all over the city. Recommend: checking out the add-on tabs too it is helpful when needing things to do as well as good parking deals!」
