「The level of service was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was amazing and the two area where you can have breakfast was a winner for me. I’m traveling often and will book this place again not only because of the price but also because of the atmosphere. 」

「Hotel was super clean, staff very friendly, excellent breakfast. We could rent bikes at the hotel and kayak. Beach is just a few steps from the hotel. Thank you for everything we can really recommend this accommodation.」

「Our stay at Mansion Giahn was a great start to our Mexican adventure. I was looking for a place close to the airport since our flight arrived late and we didn't want to drive far (we rented a car and were headed to Mahahual the next day). We had no problem finding the place using the map app on our phone. Parking isn't obvious - it's not the gate facing the main entrance but further down the street you'll see an alley-like road and you access parking through that. Joseph was there to greet us...

「The house was very clean we were able to enjoy the pool and host was very helpful, when we needed a taxi he would call one for us . We had breakfast there a few days and the food was delicious. Will definitely stay there again .」

「A very well run B and B with a very nice and kind owner. Lovely breakfast, a little pool to cool off,comfortable beds, everything worked - all good. The wi-fi was a little spotty though.」

「Layla Guesthouse was like staying at a resort while not being at a resort, if that makes any sense. The staff was amazing! The owners were so freaking friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The rooms are so beautiful! No tv, but so worth every penny! The food at the cafe was beyond amazing! The pool & rooftop had views for days! We stayed through thursday night karaoke for a little & had a ton of fun! All I can say is PERFECTO! Can’t wait to visit you all again😊」

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
