「Small room, very good amenities and very friendly staff. Housekeeping a little hit and miss, sometimes no robes, sometimes no tissue. But quick to rectify when mentioned. 」

「Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. 」

「What a fantastic hotel and collection of staff! The reception staff promptly responded to all of my email enquiries - I booked ski passes, transfers and ski hire through them which made our stay so smooth and hassle free. Room was clean, great view, lovely restaurants and just a great vibe. We will be returning! 」
