"Fantastic charming Swiss fantasy chalet Great service The only negative, mattress as hard as a rock"

"Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish! Communication was excellent, and when we got stuck in traffic and didn’t arrive until after midnight, the staff were incredibly kind and waited for us. We were given such a warm and friendly welcome. "Everything perfect except for the fact that reception is only open morning and late afternoon. Great ski locker downstairs, pool, sauna, laundry, cleanness, spacious room, location pretty close to gondolas and not far from supermarket(s) so all in all worth for the price I paid via Expedia (around 600 euros per week...direct prices are higher). "
