"The host was extremely welcoming and the Chalet was warm, cozy and great amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Great view of l’aiguille du midi and the Mont Blanc topped it all. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"The apartment was nice and warm and had great views from the balcony. The rooms were small, but sufficient for my family and I. There were a few things that could have been better, though. The top rack of the dishwasher was broken, which was very frustrating when trying to wash dishes. Also, the curtains in the living area/kitchen were broken, so we couldn’t really close the curtains at night. There were two chairs at the dining table that were broken and seemed unsafe to sit in, and there was a metal railing to dry our dish towels in the kitchen that kept falling off. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the Chamonix valley was absolutely stunning, but for the price I paid for this apartment, I would have expected all the amenities to be functional. "

"Apartment lovely with beautiful views, however when booked it stated there was a cafe and patisserie and bar on site, all these were closed as it was seasonal. This was not made clear. There were no staff on site, any issues had to be dealt with via email. The rental company for the apartment were very good. They had provided essential amenities and a complimentary bottle of wine, which was appreciated. The main issue we had that we booked expecting there to be places that we could purchase food."
