This house was in a very quiet neighborhood with a nice outdoor deck. There was lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need. We were very happy with our choice.

Fantastic week of skiing. Great location. Home was excellent. We had 6 adults that were very happy with the beds and everything that it had to offer. I would 100 percent recommend this house. We had an issue at the beginning with the heat but it was resolved with ease by communicating.

Ski Trip

The accommodations worked great for our family. Only issue was we had a pocket door to the bathroom that didn't work and the light in the toilet area didn't work. We asked the mgmt firm to fix it the first day and was told until the owner approved the cost if couldn't be done. Should have been fixed before we checked in. Other than that, the house and check-in/check-out was excellent.

Beautiful home in Leadville

This is a beautiful property. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need! We were in Leadville for our daughter's wedding in a campground north of town. This was a great place to prepare and to relax and recuperate. The bedrooms are all very comfortable. Having a nice bedroom with a connected bath on the first floor was very convenient for my mother-in-law, who is on oxygen, and can't handle too many stairs, especially with the altitude. The other three bedrooms in the basement are also spacious and comfortable. The laundry room is awesome. Having access to the garage and the second refrigerator was so helpful. We were able to safely store all the food and supplies. The large kitchen and dining table provided plenty of room for us to decorate a wedding cake and 400 cupcakes the day before the wedding. The home was very clean, and there is even an office area which was helpful for when I needed to work a little. Wi-Fi is solid. The property management communication was stellar.

This place was perfect for our stay. Our daughter and her fiancé got married in town, this place was perfect for everything! Getting ready the morning of, having people stop by for a snack or dinner. The kitchen was perfect for preparing the different amount of food we had. It’s not far from town nor far from a lot of different activities. We plan to stay there again!
