“My hotel room blankets had stains on them. I had a king size bed and it only had 3 flat pillows on it. Then the bathroom tub had paint peeled off. I requested a new rag and was told he could see what he could do and they don’t have many extra then never called me back nor did house keeping come. Speaking of house keeping nobody came from the time I came to the time I left. Aside from this my stay was good considering they had shops, food and stores nearby.”

“Staff was super friendly. Room was hot air conditioning was super loud. Tv didn’t work . Globs of hair left in the shower from previous occupants. Dead flys all over the floor. Coffee pot in room was inoperable.”

“Very good for the money. Plus, you can use the facilities of the other hand-in-bird hotels.”

“The room was as good as the ones in luxury hotels, but I walk with a rollator and it would not fit in the bathroom. The buildings are from 1950 and 1970 and are odd and dated seeming, but interesting in a way. The place is not ADA compliant by any means, and we are handicap, but we managed. The view from the room was wonderful, although with a huge casino in the center of it.”
