“Even though the rooms were supposed to be smoke-free, they smelled terrible. The towels were dirty.”

“Stayed for an overnight. The parking lot felt isolated and was strewn with cans and trash. Neighborhood next to the hotel was run down. Our room had dirt, hair, a piece of dog kibble on the floor. Hair in the shower drain. The bed was comfortable and the area and room were quiet. I spoke with the front desk at check out regarding the uncleanliness and received an apology and assurance she would speak with the housekeeper supervisor.”

“The staff were all very warm and attentive; however, there were very dirty, blood-like stains on the duvet—something I find completely unacceptable.”

“Great location, price was ok, thankful for free coffee. Bad thing is there was only one handicap spot on red roof side but thankfully in front of door and only had one instance at checkout where guest in ?old red roof check in or upstairs? unit parked there when we were out so they could load up their car.”
