「All communication and check in instructions were timely and clear and the apartment as advertised. We enjoyed our stay immensely eapecially the local neighborhood and acceas to transit.」

「The neighborhood is amazing! The apartment was great except the drain to the shower clogged and became unusable. Tried contacting the host with no success. Otherwise, great apartment and amazing neighborhood. 」

「The apartment is just as described, and perfectly situated. The neighborhood is lovely, with so many cafes, restaurants, and sites all within walking distance. Miguel is a great host and very responsive, and took great care in cleaning the apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much. There are indeed 102 steps up to the apartment, which ensured we got our exercise each day! : 」

「Excellent contact with the owner and charming place very well connected across Paris. 」

「Apartment was ok. It had everything needed, however there were some problems: - Bathroom had very strong smell of mold, and lots of patches of mold both within the shower (including across the shower curtain) and around the wider bathroom area. Unless bathroom door was kept closed, entire apartment would smell strongly of mold - Many of the light fittings and plug sockets didn't work - The door on the dishwasher didn’t fully close therefore meaning water would leak out and it was very noisy -...

「Apartment was perfect. Lively neighborhood loaded with restaurants and easy access to both RER and metro. 5-10 minute walk to both the Louvre and Notre Dame. Food markets nearby which, with the functional kitchen, allowed us to save a little by cooking for ourselves. Our host, Francoise, was responsive and check in was simple. Everything exceeded our expectations.」

「We loved our stay here. It was a very nice well equipped apartment. It is very close to all the great attractions, Eiffel tower is a short walk and the river. Many cute cafes and shops are also a short walk. I highly recommend this great place in Paris. Our host was also very nice.」

「Melissa provided us with very helpful information on where to eat, nearby pharmacies and grocery stores. The apartment is a short walk to Notre Dame. Air conditioning was appreciated as it was in the 90’s. It’s a great rental for 2 as it’s a studio. It does not have an oven but it didn’t matter to us. 」

「We could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. If we did need to take a taxi we could walk out our door and flag one down. The apartment is clean, well stocked, safe and quiet. It is located near grocery and retail shopping and wonderful restaurants. The Seine River and Le Louvre are just a short walk away. It was everything we were hoping for while staying in Paris. The host was helpful and very available with any questions we had...

「We enjoyed the charm of the apartment as it felt like we were experiencing the true Parisian way of living. It rained during our visit and our sons enjoyed watching the storm in the roof window upstairs. The apartment is also very close to great restaurants, markets, bakeries, and attractions! And we found Samira to be very responsive and kind. 」

「Though it was a cute place, I was very concerned about the lack of ventilation in the place. There is no AC, which is to be expected in France, but being down in the lower level, there wasn't even any way to get clean air. It smelled like mold due to the lack of ventilation and everything felt very humid (almost wet) because of it. 」

「Beautiful, large, comfortable Parisian apartment in an incredibly convenient location. 3 full bathrooms, AC and this much space is unheard of in Paris! Beds were comfortable, view was beautiful, and the the kitchen was well stocked. We will be back!」

「Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce magnifique appartement idéalement situé.Par contre nous avons eu un problème de chasse d’eau au niveau d’un toilette. La cuisine est équipée de façon assez minimaliste (1 casserole, pas de plat pour le four, pas de couteaux à viande). Par contre lave vaisselle, lave linge, grille pain, grand frigo.Cet appartement est idéal pour un séjour en famille, à proximité du métro, dans un quartier prisé. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!」

"The Jeff from reception made the warmest welcome for us and it was the LNY eve so he gave us the red envelope as the gift and we'll pronounced Mandarin 😀 We stayed at the balcony room and the view is exception. We finished the check out and I have to say the service from every part of the staff is fantastic. When I just came out from the lift then someone came to ask if I need luggage claim and 30 sets later a front desk manager came to check if I need anything when I was in the line and she just explained I could easily do the fast check out and no need to wait. Fantastic experience here！"

"due to the Olympic month, the hotel rate has gone up very high to approx. USD 330 /night. but beside the location of convenience with restaurants and bakery shop. Definitely not worth this price. The check in was just ok, the front office staff service was just ok, not welcoming, just "check in and go" type. One thing good is there are a bottle of 500ml evian water, a can of coke and an small OJ in the mini bar for free. not hotel type level, more like hostel style with thin blanket, A/C not cold and with fixed temperature, cant adjust on the dial. "
