「Staff was good except one lady and her name was Emily. She did not have welcoming appearance at all. We requested to extend our stay until evening due to work and I understand that hotel’s policy does not allow without paying an additional one night charge but the way she was talking about it was way more rude and made us very uncomfortable. 「rooms were relatively clean. Building is quite old and in need of a lot of repair. This is not a premier motel by any means, but, you get what you pay for. I would not stay there again.」
