"This is an older motel, so it is a little dated. That is the only downside and given the price and service, it pales in comparison. One can see where extra effort has gone into making one's stay comfortable and easy. Breakfast is a choice of five dishes in the attached restaurant and was quite good. Staff was polite and friendly as well as very helpful."

"The cabin is lovely. Heater works well, unfortunately guests can’t adjust it so it was too hot at times. Lighting is great. Beds and couch are comfortable. Essential cutlery. No lighter as listed but we had our own. Very good instructions for the wood stove. Hosts replied promptly, we didn’t have any issues so didn’t even meet them. This cabin suits someone under 6 feet, my husband would never be able to stand up in certain areas. It suited us ladies just fine though. Only small downfall was the noise of the cabin… heater ticking, fan ticking, water pump, etc. "
