「Hotel is our favourite but sadly disappointed this time due to room not being so clean . Hair in sink , shower and table drawer. Found chocolate candy under the table . Also scotch tape on the walls that were there a year ago when we stayed in same room ! Shower was so dirty it’s growing something」

「Very clean rooms」

「房间整洁，空间宽敞，前台接待亲切服务好，办理入住速度快，设施一应俱全，性价比高。」

「Good all round hotel」

「The location is good. The beds were very comfortable amd the room was quiet. The only issue is the dispensers for the shampoo. For seniors they are a little difficult in that you have to squeeze the bottles to get the soap out. It would be better to have a plunger or push button to get the soap to dispense. Otherwise, everything was good.」

「Very welcoming! Have been booking many stays, always happy to return.」

「Please have someone call me about my bill! I have been way overcharged!」

「Room amenities too basic, not even electric kettle, coffee or tea bags were available. Everything needed had to go to reception area. Breakfast included was simple but adequate, but closed at 9 am, would be better if extended to 10 am.」

「Found a room last minute on my previous stay, that’s why I came back again. Good pricing for the rooms, but.. I honestly disliked the 3 ladies speaking their language and laughing while we checked in. It could have been unrelated, but it threw me off. If it was harmless enough to say in English, why not just stick to the room's common language?」
