「A major issue was the amount of children running the halls for hours on end, and slamming doors. There was at least 30 children in the pool and hot tub at all times running around the main floor while parents sat aside enjoying their time together, having dinner and drinks, staff was all prepared and seemed annoyed. He did nothing to deal with the children running a muck.」

「The weight equipment in the gym hasn’t worked in two years. The treadmill works and some free weights. Bathroom was very dirty. I made them switch me out of my first room, as it had horrible odor. Second room dirty bathroom, toilet barely flushed and run down. Definitely needs some love and care. Really nice staff.」
