We had a 2 bedroom villa with private pool. Pool was clean, villa was very clean and air conditioners kept the rooms very cool. Nice and tidy space for families while being close to great restaurants and shopping.

Great stay in the two bedroom apartment. Clean , spacious and own bathrooms. Felt safe even though we were back of the property they had security there. Wifi didn’t work so great though. Room service espresso martini’s were delicious also their breakfast.

For the first time in Bali this was an awesome place. Touch on the older side but still wonderful. Wifi is really good pool is clean and warm. You can hear town noise outside but units are quiet inside. Staff are super friendly and very accommodating. Close to everything and taxis/gojek past the door very frequently. We will be returning next year.

Liked this hotel because i was in room 102 which is down the back away from the street and reception area. Great shower and air con. Bed was very comfortable. The only drawback for me is the location and the pools, they did not get sun so no sunbathing or swimming. Did not have breakfast so cant comment. All the staff are lovely and friendly.

The staff of this hotel is absolutely accommodating and service oriented. They have a bar and a kitchen that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is very good and the drinks are good, however the mixed juices vary depending on who makes them. The rooms are clean, and quite large. The pools are clean, as well the grounds. Location is in the middle of a very busy area, but it is also easy to walk to almost anywhere you need as well as immediate taxi’s or grabs and only 10 mins to the beach. But it is busy so to get out of the area by car can take a little while. Overall, great place and maintenance is continuous

As always we had a great stay. Although disappointed with the attitude of a new staff member when we first arrived in relation to our room, but it was quickly fixed when a long time staff member came on their shift. Good to see the rooms having money spent on them.

AQ-VA loved it and would stay here again. Breakfast was the nicest breakfast i had in Bali good coffee too. Rooms were very spacious and cleaned well daily smelling good and so fresh. Staff are lovely and good service nothing was a problem. Highly recommend this place.
