We booked with breakfast included it wasn’t provided, the hotel was very limited with the amenities provided to the point that we purchased toilet paper from a convenience store only to have the additional roll (we purchased) removed from the room when we ran out and asked for a roll it was not received. The aircon leaks onto tiles in an entry way and The bathroom room size was quiet small but well kept. I would never consider staying here again.

The room was great. Yes, there are a few gaps in doors/windows where you could get a few mosquitos, but I didn't find any after the first day. The staff is very helpful in arranging transportation if necessary. Really the location right in the center of town couldn't be better. The restaurant and pool were good also.

Check in was fast and nice with friendly staff. Got into the room and is dirty, they have not clean it prior to our arrival. The towels were wet and there still use toothbrush on the sink counter. They staff was quick to clean up after we have informed them. The AC work well and the room was cool.

Highly recommend - such a bargain!

I had a really lovely stay here. The hotel was exactly what I was after – I got a quiet room with a comfy bed and great aircon. The staff went above and beyond by surprising me with “happy birthday” spelled out in roses, which was such a special touch. I did ask for two extra pillows since there were only two on the bed, but that was no problem at all. The spa is fantastic, and while I didn’t swim in the pool or dine at the restaurant, everything I saw looked very nice. Staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. This is hands down the best budget-friendly hotel I’ve stayed at – only $43 a night! Incredible value for what you get. The location is great and I’d highly recommend this hotel to others. Quick tip: if you’re above a size 12, you might want to bring your own towel as the ones provided are quite small.
