「Third floor hallway not particularly new or clean. Room 309 showed evidence of a break-in attempt.」

「Pretty nice hotel for the price! What really made it stand out was how friendly and helpful every single staff member was! The front desk man even came over and helped me fill up our water bottles with a pitcher at the water fountain while I was juggling them with my baby. Whole experience was great and would stay again」

「The property needs to be updated. The building is over40 years old and it shows. The showerheads are probably the cheapest available as it's a coffee maker in the room. I don't think there's any excuse for that that said the staff was especially accommodating when my initial room was like a sauna. However, is not something I understand. I probably will stay there again given the price is very reasonable. That compared to others in the downtown area.」

「Old charm to the place. We were welcomed with a fresh baked cookie ,which was delicious and just made the whole chk in process stress free. The front desk was extremely helpful , especially Margot. Would definitely come bk to this hotel .」

「The staff was friendly but not helpful. None of the electrical outlets worked on the desks or night stands. The drian in the shower do not drain and I was standing in inches of water while showering and it back flowed. Told the lady working the morning front desk and she just said ‘sorry’. That was disappointing for a $238 stay. Not what I expected with other competitors of the Marriott and Hilton close by.」
