「Nandie at the front desk was super personable and provided excellent customer service during check-in and check out. The rooms were comfortable, clean and sounds from neighbors didn’t travel. The hotel is close to restaurants and ideally located with close access to shopping and food. There is a delicious n restaurant at the hotel, Osaka, that served great drinks and fresh sushi. The only “complaint” was the pool. It was very clean but wasn’t heated to be able to enjoy. 」
