"Good location and surrounding. The botel is lovely with a great view across the lake. The only downside is the heat in the room, with no air con and a fan who wasn't powerful enough to circulate the air which made a poor night of sleep. Breakfast was good, love the choices."

"First of all i would like to say that the bedding was ruined on 2 singles.. Stained disgusting took photo.. Had someone to change the bedding .. None of us could sleep at night we were told then it was where the pipes were on & off all night .. Stayed here 3 times i don’t think i will be coming back ..."

"第二次入住，床褥需較軟，但亦比想像中舒服冇腰酸。由於熱浪尾聲，空內很悶熱，窗因保安關係只能開三、四吋。好彩有風扇，否則夜晚完全瞓唔到。淋浴缸去水位有淤塞現象，沖涼時唔方便。 位置非常好，行兩分鐘已到大街。房間 內五臟俱全，方便，客服email 回覆快，亦好友善，整體而言highly recommend 👍"
