“Very dirty hotel – nothing like the pictures I have never been so disappointed with a hotel. The pictures on Expedia look nothing like the hotel we arrived at. The whole place was dirty, smelled terrible and looked very run-down. I honestly cannot understand how this is advertised as a three-star hotel. The hotel was previously used to accommodate asylum seekers, but from what I saw, it looked as though it had never been properly renovated after they left. The walls were dirty, scratched and……

“Great value for money, clean facilities and friendly staff. Had a good nights sleep.”

“Good experience of staying”

“no air conditioner”

“Convenient, near to the city centre and the bus terminal. Not good choice for family, especially about the bathroom setup. The shower is fixed on the wall, while the sink is too high for kid”

“Nice accommodation”

“We loved staying at De Vere in Cotswolds, it was very family friendly. The room was spacious and surroundings were beautiful and calm. I specifically liked the healthy choice of breakfast. For use of swimming pool, you have to pay £10/ per person and book a lot for 60mins, but it was worth it, not too busy and there were children but not chaotic at all. We definitely would like to come back!”

“Amazing hotel, couldn’t fault it!”

“Breakfast was good quality. My room was up three sets of stairs in the attic. While of a good size, it wouldn't be easy carrying a suitcase to the room.”

“A very comfortable place to stay, really love all facilities and decoration. It's ancient but fashion one. The staffs are really nice and very helpful. I will love to stay there again. By the way, the breakfast and dinner are really delicious.”

“Great”

“pillow and bedsheet are too soft. shower cannot used, can only use bathtub.”
