“The staff in the bar and at check in were super friendly and helpful.
The room was really lovely. Roomy, comfortable, good size tv and large en-suite bathroom. Quiet, warm and lovely biscuits in the room.
Best of all the mattress was soooooo comfortable.
We had lunch in the bar which was yummy too.
Would highly recommend staying and eating at The Tawny Owl. ”

“We were very surprised to find a small and beautiful town named Lechlade nearby. And it is 45 hours' drive to Cotswold which was quite acceptable. However the room was not tidy enough but still in the acceptable range.”

“Arrived late after a long motorcycle ride. Kitchen had closed but Emma arranged for a meal for us regardless. Emma and Adam have only had this place since beginning of year but have plans for some renovation.
There welcome, service and food were superb, especially the fab breakfast.
Glad to have met Emma and Adam (again) and I wish them both well in their future plans.
