“It is a travesty to call the Wiltshire hotel a spa. We had had a long day travelling and were looking forward to a really nice spa experience. We were given a locker key and a sad towel, no robe. The ladies changing rooms were a disgrace. Broken tiles, grubby floor and a section had been roped off. The pool area was dirty with broken tiles, and mould on the floor tiles. The jacuzzi wasn’t working, neither was the steam room. The hot sauna was good but the pool temperature was on the low side. ……

“Feels like a motel.room on ground floor good side entrance easy access to car.a fridge was a god send in the heatwave,keeping things cool.great -air con another godsend. Pool and sauna good. Very good breakfast offerings .bed comfortable. My WiFi was iffy. Good value for money”

“Lady at check in very rude rolling eyes etc bad first impression.the evening before the fella was very nice.very hot room even with fan. Bed comfortable .a little fridge in room would be good .during heatwave somewhere to keep things cold a must.good pool and sauna .good value for money”

“Me, my partner and our 2 dogs spent an amazing weekend there ❤️ The place is magical. We went for long walks around the fields, ate amazing food in the restaurant at the property, swam in a swimming pool, and enjoyed the area around. Definitely recommend to visit!

“The property is simply stunning! I have been to the Cotswolds many times over the years however this was a first for my partner who found the area breathtaking. The highlight of her few days here was the hotel. Every aspect of the hotel was faultless and will certainly return for a longer stay.”
