“When we arrived at the property we called to get the code for the door the gentleman was very polite , we then got into our room and it was spotless bedroom very spacious for 3 of us the shared kitchen was sparkling had everything you needed having your own fridge freezer in the bedroom was a nice touch. location was nice very quite beds was very comfy only thing I would say is the shower head could do with updating to fit the style of the room as the room was very up to date and stylish, I did……

“ Adam and his wife, both keepers of the hotel, are wonderful and very helpful. The family room is clean and tidy and spacious.A bit of challenge for family with heavy luggage as upper floor room got no lift. If the toilet has a larger mirror and the dining table larger for a family of four, the hotel deserves 6 of the full mark is 5.The hotel is close to the Lumley Street (the main shoppinh street).”

“Property bore no resemblance to the picture on the website. Outside area full of weeds. Paint peeling off building and stairs. Window blinds filthy and mouldy. Washbasin tiny. No soap or toiletries. No bedside table or bedside light. No chair. No hangers in cupboard which had a door hanging off its hinges. Kettle useless and wouldn’t boil. No breakfast offered. Door only closed by a Yale lock so insecure ”

“The host was great and was available when needed. Great choice of things for breakfast. Very Very close to everything that Skegness has to offer. Would stay again if staying in Skegness in the future.”

“I booked the hotel because they said the suite we booked had a kitchen, someone emailed me to confirm this and on the payment confirmation it states full kitchen. It did not have a kitchen. It had a fridge in the centre hallway and a double sink in the bathroom. Kettle on the living room and that's it. I had 2, 8 months old with me which made dinner times a struggle and sterilising bottles was awkward as the plug in the sink even when pushed allowed water to drain. The floor was very dirty and……

“A lovely guest house with friendly and welcoming hosts. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed and more. It was a quiet road which helped get a good nights sleep . Plenty of parking available just outside. The breakfast was excellent too. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!”
