“There was no heat, owner did bring a space heater for use. Hot plates did not work.Let got water run in sink for a few minutes. Never got hot. Room was clean.”

“I had a wonderful experience overall at my stay in the Modern Studio, in Kent. Deborah was thorough in communication and welcoming upon my arrival. Their guidebook is full of helpful information about local fare, points of interest and history about the farm and surrounding area. Also, I appreciate the treats and Nespresso. I’d definitely recommend staying for these points and for central location which lends to the ease of walking into town from the studio.”

“I booked and realized i had to adjust the schedule. I reached out the next day and asked how to adjust the reservation. I was given the wrong information. I had to tell them what VRBO was telling me. The host confirmed the change and only then did they tell me that I would only get a 50% refund for the days I cancelled. I hoped this would be the worst but it got much worse. The unit is the second floor of a two family home and the downstairs neighbors make noise from 7am to 10/11pm. The……

“Pretty view, clean rooms, plenty of kitchen tools, thermostat specifically for the bathroom which was fantastic. Only downside was the bed was only about half as comfy as a hotel bed, and the bathroom is the opposite side of the bed room. All in all though, it was a fantastic stay, and I would rebook for my next vacation here easily.”

“A couple of the surfaces were not clean but mostly a clean comfy space. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean.The stairs are not for the faint of heart. A nice cozy place to stay once the luggage and groceries are up there.”
