「I booked a king size, maybe queen size bed room, but when I checked in, it's 2 single beds, called front desk, they told me, queen size bed room were oversaled...but they gave me a bigger room. I think it's better to tell me when I checked in, not after.」

「1. I stayed at this place for two days, the room and environment really look very nice but my room really smelt bad and remained for the whole two days. Every time I entered the room, even though I have opened the window. (kind of kitchen smell) 2. I’ve got an electric car which uses J1772 car charger but the facility’s J1772 is only available at handicapped parking space. Really annoying 」

「Very good location. Although we were assigned room on Ground floor But the room is quite. This turned out to a big surprise, as our car just parked outside of wondow, gym room and breakfast room just next door. We arrived earlier and our room was ready in a minute without any question asked. Within 10 minutes we were in Premium Outlet, entertainment and shopping mall. We loved to stay in Hampton Inn.」

「Firstly, they gave us a room with smoke smell. Do not think we got luck after the room had been replaced. There were two lights out in the room. The TV was not working. The sink got standing water and clogged drain. It had funny smell in the hall way. Never mention that it was the second expensive motel in my trip. It doesn't deserve any penny I paid.」

「Bring your own pillow! All was nice, room clean except comfort level in bed. Pillows were awful (small pillows and very hard). Very nice entrance to hotel with rooms neat and clean. Breakfast was minimal, but decent. 」
