「My daughter and I stayed one night for a concert. All of the staff were extremely nice. Housekeeping staff gets extra kudos for having exceptionally clean rooms and each staff member said hi when we walked by. Best service ever. Complementary breakfast was very good. Lots of options eggs, potatoes, bacon, toast, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, donuts, juice, coffee and tea options! Dinner was a 10 min walk to downtown and SAP center was 15 to 20. Would definitely stay here again! 」

「Very bad hotel, the facilities are outdated, there are glass fragments on the floor when I go to the bathroom at night, my foot is bleeding, I wanted to go to the hotel management but it was too late, bad, bad, bad」

「Clean room and convenient, connecting to Convention Center. Very polite receptionist and being helpful during the checkin/out. A little suggestion to the hotel: it would be great if the noise from the compressor of the vendor machine, of some floors, could be reduced.」

「1. There is no elevator here, so it is inconvenient to carry heavy luggage up to the second floor. 2. This hotel does not have a restaurant. 3. The main transportation options for this hotel are: (1) Uber (2) There is VTA Light Rail on the street next door about 600~800 meters away. 4. There is no potable hot water in the lobby. You can only use a microwave to boil ice water directly. 5. There is only one restaurant nearby and a 7-11 near the VTA.」
