「The room was fine. Primarily rented the room for use of the pool that was advertised open. The pool area lights were turned off and when turned on, many bulbs were out-the pool water was super cold and we asked the staff to turn on the heater-there was no heat on in the pool area either. Staff said that the heater needed 2 days to heat the pool, and stated he could not turn it on without his managers approval, and she was in Florida. While the children froze trying to swim, staff came out and...

「We moved from the area over 25 years ago. We were coming back for Easter and read some of the reviews and was skeptical of staying. We walked in and were greeted with two very friendly staff. The room was clean and we loved the larger fridge. We did not eat at the breakfast buffet only because we were off to a family members house for breakfast on Easter but my husband got coffee and said it looked good. Checking out we had another two very friendly staff members. I would stay there again...

「Very disappointed in this place. First stay was good, very predictable Marriott quality. Our last stay was awful. Booked into one of the only available rooms, a double king, which isn’t a big deal. This must’ve been the oldest room in the place and the lock didn’t work. They had us right next to the compressor room so all night long we heard that thing turning on and off. And after a poor nights sleep, we got up for what used to be complimentary coffee only to learn they now charge for...

「Its a great room. My only issue is the bathroom floor is a little slippery but i brought a bath mat from dollar tree. I usually do as so many hotel bathrooms have a slippery floor Very nice manager. I like this place」
