「Rubbish was found all over the floor (plastic nails, bottle of water under the dressing table, half eaten cookie), bed extremely uncomfortable, food in the restaurant salty(when sent back the tone was like I was asking for more food, rather than trying to rectify error politely), no idea how this place is 4star, would never go back. Spa just re-opened after refurb, but works still going on, debri everywhere, smell of silicone in the changing room revolting. Staff on reception and spa lovely. 」

「Lovely big, clean room with a sofa, table, chairs, huge bed and a gorgeous view. Loads of parking and a nice garden to enjoy.
All the staff were very friendly, efficient and very helpful.
The evening meal, Chicken Supreme, was fantastic and so was the breakfast (porridge with blueberry compote).
I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and can't wait to stay again.」
