「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」

「Popped down for a 3 night stay after having a hand operation. It was a really good idea as it stopped me trying to do anything I shouldn’t have been doing and it gave my husband time to spend with me as opposed to having to run around for me. Staff as usual friendly, helpful and wonderful!」

「All members of staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The accommodation and facilities were in a very good condition though our room was in need of upgrading to match that of other rooms. Would have liked to have seen a working safe and a fridge in the room. Spa facilities were excellent as were the dining options with no shortage of food on offer.We had a three night stay and would have gladly stayed longer had we been able to. Will definitely return and recommend this establishment for...

My bedroom was large, comfortable and beautifully decorated with everything you would need in a bedroom/ensuite. 」
