"Nearly opened hotel, great customer service "

"좋았습니다 전반적으로! 처음에 응대 했던 직원이 약간 어리숙하게 응대를 해서 기분이 좋지 않았지만 전반적으로 직원들은 친절했습니다. 다만 1가지 아쉬운 점은 뭔가 저희가 알아서 알고 있어야 호텔을 완벽하게 즐길 수 있다는 점은 아쉬움 으로 남습니다."

"We ended up stranded with our flight home cancelled and needed somewhere that we could fit in the budget, that had character and interest that wasn't the beach since it was 65 degrees and out of the budget anyway since this was unexpected. This totally fit the bill. Cute and Cozy with the ability to not eat every meal out, walking distance to a great energy, and an early check-in to accomidate our "nowhere to go" situation. "

"I am beyond disappointed with my stay at the Gale. It is clear they only care about money, not the resident experience. I was hit with a mandatory $35 fee for 'amenities' like WiFi and the pool, which is ridiculous because I didn't even use the pool, but they charge you for it anyway 'per policy.' The room itself was disgusting. There was a large coffee stain on the couch, and the curtains and towels were stained as well. To top it off, they have a policy where they only clean rooms for stays of 3 nights or more. Since most people are there for a 2-night weekend, you’re basically paying premium prices for a dirty room with zero housekeeping. The staff is unprofessional and only seems to care about the pool area, which is only one small part of a stay. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values cleanliness and professional service."
