「The property itself was a lovely upstairs room, generous in size and very close to the rail station with a direct line to Edinburgh. We had a two night stay and found the bed to be very comfortable. A generous soak bath tub is in the main bedroom. Little snacks were a pleasant gift. 「Check in was easy. The staff was very nice. Main reception said we could get something to eat at the restaurant at 11:30 AM - not true. They did not open for lunch until noon. The rooms were spacious. There was a loud party in the private dining / party area. Luckily they got more quiet around 10 PM. Breakfast was good. 」

「Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean.
