「It was a great stay」

「Excellent」

「The staff are skilled, cooperative, and respectful. The place is clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The location is quiet and away from noise.」

「The hotel is near the hardware market. The interior is very Spanish and the owner doesn't speak English very well. The girl at the front desk is very beautiful and enthusiastic! The photos taken in the hotel are very beautiful. The room is of a good size and the shower water is very big. The wifi was not working at first. The owner thought it was a problem with our mobile phones, but later guests also couldn't get on, so he paid attention to it. Later, it was intermittent. This affected the...

「Clean room. Staff. Breakfast」

「Good location, friendly and helpful staffs, good breakfast. Some improvements and upgrades if good bedsheets, and towels.」

「The Ac is very good」

「Room was spotless, large. AC was strong; Loved the water power and rain showerhead. 」

「The staff were nice, and the place was okay. The big problem I had was that they asked me to pay 2 times even though I booked my reservation via Expedia and paid in full. It looks like they don’t have a system to register the guests payment. I spent over 30 minutes going back and forth with the hotel personnel regarding the payment. After I provided them with the receipt, he settled everything. The next day when I was leaving the hotel, they asked me to pay again. Have to explain myself twice....

「Location was unsafe and terrible.」

「The apartment has no hot water The bed feels like it’s just a base and is very hard. It feels like you’re sleeping on the floor and the bed has no blankets just a sheet that covers the base The room smells bad and reeks of mold. There was used soap in the bathroom instead of a fresh bar of soap. Very bad all around. Would not recommend this place at all. Location is also not accurate」
