YOU MAY GET LUCKY THEN EVERYTHING IS FINE, BUT IF NOT, TRUST ME, IT WILL BE RIDICULOUS
First I booked 6 nights and they decided to change my bed after the second night. They gave me breakfast vouchers after I complained though email as the manager there thought it wasn't even a problem. But then after two more nights, they said that my booking has been changed from 6 nights to 5 nights, which I did not know about it and have even booked one more night on Sunday for the same bed. They said I have not booked for that day so my bed has been giving to someone else. I came back finding that my stuff removed from my bed, some stuff left in the room, towels on the floor, and a charging cable missing. I was then moved to a 12 bed room with no toilet (was originally in a 9 bed room with toilet.), which is cheaper than what I have booked. Which then I complained again, and this time they didn't even bother replying my email. Ridiculous!
