“Absolutely wonderful with fantastic staff, comfortable and clean rooms ...did I mention the charming and professional staff? The tea was festive, the jazz nightly was great, and the food at every meal was just great especially breakfast. We can't tell you how much we enjoyed the hotel and its location near British museum and Russell square. Close to underground and just a delight. We will go back. ”

And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.”

Our room was lovely we were upgraded and had plenty of space. The hotel was very quiet at night and we slept perfectly.
