The location was perfect for visiting London. Very close to Victoria underground, which gets you anywhere you need to go. Lots of sights are within walking distance. Staff was very friendly. Great selection of pubs close by for a pint and delicious bite to eat.

Tiny, but expensive

Tiny room, “fancy” light switches were challenging to operate, room-darkening curtain controls didn’t work well, no washcloths were provided or available upon request - if you’re an American used to bathing with one, bring your own, meager continental breakfast was ~$20/person - too much considering the room was already over $300/ night.

Good value

Great location, lovely staff. Very comfy bed and great shower. Would have been nice to have kettle as well as coffee maker in our room (boiling water available in reception) and ceramic cups instead of paper. Great location for us as ten minutes walk to theatre, Battersea power station, underground and restaurants.

Lovely stay!

A lovely hotel - very modern. I spent two nights and the hotel is practicslly across the road from Victoria Coach Station and easy to walk to Belgravia and further on.

Nice hotel, good location

We had a CityView King room. It was clean and updated but barely bigger than the bed. The location was great for the sights we wanted to see and for access to the Underground. The staff was great and very friendly.

Gorgeous small hotel Pimlico

Great place to stay that’s not in the busy areas of London. Clean rooms, large shower area, convenient amenities for lights and curtains. The thermostat was easy to use, despite what some reviews might say—they just didn’t know that you had to go back to the home screen in order for the changes to take effect. Would stay here again my next trip to London.

We had a great time at this hotel. The location was quiet but provided easy access to tourist sites. The decor was beautiful throughout the hotel, and the integrated room technology - tablets in each room for orientation and information - was fun to use. While the Eccleston has a modest menu, we loved the halloumi sandwich we had after a late night arrival. Ibrahim welcomed us and made us feel comfortable as we ate in the lovely lounge. On two mornings we enjoyed breakfast served by Ali, including the best Americano coffee of our trip. We would highly recommend the Eccleston Square hotel to friends and family.
