Hotels.com disappointment

I didn't get to stay here because hotels.com messed up my booking,didn't find out about this either until we landed in London and were told by Go native that we had no booking reflecting on their system, even though we had our booking confirmation with us. After several calls to Hotels.com we were told that somehow they didn't send our booking to Go Native and unfortunately there was nothing they could do but they will cancel our booking at no cost or we could book a room at a much higher rate on the day. We were really upset so My wife and I at 70 years old had to go look for another hotel that night on the cold. We found another one and decided to spend our 6 nights there instead . We have however stayed in Go Native once before for one week and it was amazing. Fully equipped with all you need, nice neat, clean apartments. No complaints really.

worth vallue, recommended for families

Great view, and located behind a shopping centre. Lots of accomodations in the neighbourhood and bus station 20 Meter from Hotel. Appartment was well accomodated and a pleassure to stay after a long day.

Grosszügig und schöne Aussicht auf London

Mit dem Zug gut erreichbar - nur wenige Meter vom Bahnhof Ilford weg. Für privat sehr gut, für geschäftliche Termine in der City etwas weit weg.

The view is what its all about, if youre lower than the 15th floor it's pretty much not worth it. The carpets Arent the cleanest, the bathroom was faulty. But like I said,,.. The view is lovely. An experience to be had.

Great for long stays

The neighbourhood is pleasant and there is a large sainsbury just opposite to the hotel and the train station is less than 5 min away. The room is very well equipped with pretty much all the things you will need, however, there is no air conditioning at all other than a fan but windows are advised not to be opened due to strong winds and the room can get quite hot in the afternoons, otherwise a very good place for long stays.

Good hotel, bad service

This was my second stay at this hotel in 3 weeks. The receptionist was exceptionally unprofessional and non-service minded. The check in proscedure took 45 minutes the first time, and 30 minutes the second time, even though the booking was pre-paid. They had no system on handling their guests. It seemed like it was first time they were having guests. The hotel is very good located. Many shops and restaurants near to hotel, and train station is 2 minutes walk away. Rooms are spacey and clean. View is the exceptional. Good parkin facilities. WiFi work very good. There are only two elevators, and they are very slow. Sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes for the elevator.

Abbiamo soggiornato con la mia famiglia per tre giorni in questa struttura per visitare Londra, e siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti per le comodità, la pulizia e la splendida vista dal dodicesimo piano. Il personale si è reso cortese e disponibile anche se non parlavano l'italiano, la posizione un po' periferica nel quarto anello di Londra è ben collegata con la città grazie alla fitta rete di trasporti. Con il treno in 20 minuti si raggiunge il centro, più lentamente (90 minuti circa) con il bus 25 si raggiunge direttamente Oxford street, e tutte le tratte sono contemplate nella Visitor Oyster Card che consente di risparmiare sui costi dei trasporti, al raggiungmento del costo giornaliero di circa 9 Pound si può salire e scendere quanto si vuole da tutti i tipi di trasporto. Buoni anche i collegamenti verso gli aeroporti. Nelle vicinanze dell'hotel tanti negozi e supermercati per fare spesa e poter organizzare le proprie esigenze. Tre giorni per visitare Londra sono pochi.......ci torneremo!!!!

Das Go Native Stratford East liegt eigentlich mitten in Ilford und ist mit 32 Stockwerken nicht zu übersehen. Nur wenige Gehminuten und schon befindet man sich in der Fußgängerzonen mit zahlreichen Geschäften und einem Einkaufszentrum. Die beste Verbindung in die Londoner Innensatdt bietet der Zug (knapp 20 Pfund hin und zurück für eine vieköpfige Familie). Der fährt alle zehn Minuten von Gleis drei; die Endstation (Liverpool Street Station) ist nach 14 Minuten erreicht. Busslinie 25 geht auch, dauert aber länger. Direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite vom Go Native gibt's einen Supermarkt, der allerdings schon um 20 Uhr dicht macht. Die Nachbarschaft vom Go Native Ilford besteht "gefühlt" zu 70% aus Indern, 25% Afrikaner und 5% Weißen - aber keine Panik: alle total lieb! Noch ein wichiger Hinweis zum Abschluss: ein Taxis vom Flughafen (Standsted) nach Iford kostet (mit dem einzigen Taxidienst am Flughafen) 75 Pfund! Ein zuvor aus Ilford telefonisch bestelltes Taxi kostet nur 37 Pfund.

The view was the wow factor. Having said that, the apartment was pretty amazing too. Clean, comfortable, with everything provided that you might need for a few night's stay.

Det var kjempe fin utsikt fra de store vinduene. Ulempen vår var at badet hadde dårlig ventilasjon. Begge badene var fulle av tett luft. Ingen som kom for å rengjøre rommene. Ingen som bringet nye håndkler. Bråk i vaskemaskinrommet hele natta hver dag, skurring/pipelyd. Ellers så var det helt ok. Hyggelige resepsjonister.

Très bonne adresse

Appartement spacieux et très confortable. La vue est spectaculaire depuis les étages, grâce aux immenses baies vitrées. Le centre de Londres est à environ 45 minutes, ce qui est raisonnable compte tenu de sa géographie. Je recommande vivement.

excellent place to stay in terms of cleanliness and the unitaccomodayion is well presented and give you a wow once you enter, everything is in there gor your stay, from the iphone dock to the kitchen until to washing machine,....well done.
