O.k. for a one night stopover. Room was a bit basic though (studio like in basement). Had some electrical problems - sockets not working except in kitchen area (reported on checkout) and switch for lounge lights also turned off only bedroom light (awkward). Kitchen area had some rubbish left on counter top and freezer boxes needed clearing out (even had some food items in there). Aside from that it was o.k. Good location for my needs.

大英博物館が近いのが取り柄。　古くて壊れかけ、メンテナンス不良。　清掃不十分。　冷蔵庫無し、湯沸しポット無し、コップグラス無し、ドライヤー無し。　何にも無し。　タオル交換は要要求。　室内清掃は有料。　暖房ヒ−タは動作不良。　スタッフは態度横柄。　覚悟して宿泊されたし！！！

To best describe this hotel, especially the annexe were I was supposed to stay for two nights but only stayed one night, it’s a hovel! Worst place I have ever stayed and that’s saying a lot as I have stayed in questionable places in sub-Saharan Africa! For a similar price, try the nearby Cheshire hotel, it is miles ahead especially with how clean it is!

The hotel is a deathtrap. Take this hotel away from Expedia if you want your customers to feel safe. It is false advertising, and the pictures are not real. The place is for people who are homeless and need a temporary place to rest and store their belongings. NOT for tourists or first-time travelers who want to enjoy themselves.

The room was barely functional. The mattresses were thin and the frames were creaky. The bathroom was tiny; the shower was broken and the cubicle leaked. The flush was weak and the plumbing made lots of noise. The bathroom door had no handle and the lock didn't work. The walls were thin and I could hear other guests through them. The staff on the front desk were vague and unhelpful, asking me to fill out a form before saying they only needed a signature. For what was paid, this stay was not worth it.

For the location, it's a very good price. But, I've stayed in hotels all over the UK, all over Europe, all over the USA, including what I would consider very very cheap hotels and this is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. If all you want is a bed for the night, then this will do. If you're staying more than one night, I would not recommend it at all. The bed was not comfortable, the floor in the room is uneven and creeks with every step, the cold tap did not work, the communal toilet/shower rooms were not pleasant, the room was far too hot, the curtains were not as wide as the window. I was allowed the check in about an hour early which was good, but I was not able to leave my bag, while waiting to be able to check in - this is the only hotel I've ever stayed in where this is not an option.
