「Everywhere is immaculate, clean, polished, every detail perfect. The staff are amazing, so welcoming and polite, no-one passes you in a corridor or anywhere without speaking. The food is a work of art too. You are made to feel a million dollars during your stay, such a beautiful hotel! You cant help but notice the attention to detail in EVERY litte thing. 「Receptionists and other staff are friendly. The decoration is good except the ventilation of the bathroom is poor. Location of the hotel is good. You can get there by metro easily and may find many restaurants nearby.」

「Great location, nice environment and very very nice and professional staff at front desk, especially Annette and Tamara, always kind and helpful. Location: close to Covent Garden, walking distance to theatres and restaurants, with supermarket in 5 mins walking. Room: bright and neat, with full kitchen equipments and a desk. Environment: quiet at the night, during daytime, you can see sunshine through leafs, it's beautiful, my wife loves it a lot! We will definitely stay The Lincoln Suites...

「Really friendly staff, especially the young lady with brown curtly hair whose name I have forgotten (sorry!). Also shout out to the barman who made me coconut daiquiri that was outstanding. Room was gorgeous. Very clean, very high spec. Bathroom was stunning. Very soft bed and generous pillows. My only gripe - no where in the room had a good place to do my make up. The desk was angled away from the natura light of the window and all the artificial lights were too warm/soft. I long for the day...
