Become the first guests in 2025 to stay in the newly listed Ocean Terrace Seaside Charm!

This spacious 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath home on the ocean block, just a few feet from the beach, is perfect for families and groups seeking the ultimate coastal escape. The home features an open kitchen and living room space with 4 balconies off the living room and bedrooms. Two dining tables and a breakfast bar provide plenty of seating for your entire family. TVs located in the living room and two of the bedrooms. Located just a few blocks from Seven Presidents Park where you can take the kids to Tony's Place Playground. Spend some time on the beach then take a 10 minute walk to Pier Village for a night of shopping and dinner at one of the great restaurant options. This home is a perfect way to be immersed in the vibrant seaside atmosphere in a quiet neighborhood, but all the action you could want just a short walk away.

6 badges are provided for Long Branch beach. Home provides linens and towels for your stay. Whether you're relaxing indoors or exploring the surrounding area, Ocean Terrace Seaside Charm offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your next beachside retreat.
Additional house rules:
-6 beach badges are provided for Long Branch beach. There will be a $100 charge for each unreturned beach badge.
-We only rent to individuals over 25 years of age. Anyone under 25 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

It was not good. Place is small. Description doesn’t say how much sq.ft. Everything inside is low to medium but price of rental is high end. Pictures are good in VRBO but it is deceiving.property is not properly cleaned
