“"A" units are very very small rooms cluitered with kitchen items in a poor attempt to make it appear they're providing more. Bed was broken when we arrived and broke again during our stay. Queen beds shouldn't be supported by only 4 boards...there should be a box spring. Only redeeming quality was location and access to beach. ”

“We had a great time. Room was clean but a little small. We thought we would have an ocean view but did not. I’m not complaining though. Just a few short steps and the beach was right there. The host was very friendly, we misplaced one of our keys and she just gave us another one and told us to bring it back when you can, no hurry. There was not much of a kitchen so you couldn’t cook a meal. ”

“The room was modern and clean. Only negative there was there wasn’t a microwave. The issues were that the check in office is at a different location with no parking. After walking to the office, I learned that parking near your room is also not guaranteed. We did get lucky and found a spot but did not want to drive anywhere and loose our spot.”

“This property was exactly what I needed for my stay. It was just me since my child was camp. A nice sized room, great bathroom, ability to control temperature. Simple entry and good communication with the host.”

“Very clean. Convenient to stores, etc. Not much in the way of outdoor amenities.”

“The beach is perfectly clean and very close, no seaweed. The ocean is so warm and beautiful. The local bus which they call trolley is free to use. We landed at Sarasota International Airport that is closer than Tampa. It is beautiful to see everything around you. Beautiful Florida. Owners should make clear that guests don’t have to go to a different property to check in. Online registration is annoying. Our room was clean and a new unit. My son picked up an ear infection in the pool.”

“Me hospedé en la unidad A1. El lugar es aceptable y está cerca en carro, no a pie, de la playa. Nunca recibí las instrucciones del check-in y estuve una hora después de mi llegada (3:00 pm) intentando descifrar dónde estaba la llave de la puerta de la entrada. El anfitrión me respondió y me explicó dónde encontrarla; estaba dentro de una cajita de madera al lado de la puerta, pero es que la tapa de la cajita estaba tan recia que pensé que no se abría y me dió miedo romperla; es solo tirar con……
