Stay comfortably in our charming 2-bedroom home featuring two full-size beds and a twin rollaway, with all bedding provided, perfect for small groups or families. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, toiletries, and towels. The bathroom is only accessible via the main bedroom.

While the internet works great most of the time, this property is in the country, outages can occur and are completely out of our control. If you MUST have internet for your stay, please take this into consideration. Refunds will not be given for internet outages.

This property was very clean. The host answered questions about the home. It's the first time I have stayed in a rental and they left information about who to call in a emergency as far as numbers for the fire department and the police numbers. I loved to learn about the history of the building.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house is very nice and extremely clean! It has a interesting history and there are pictures and stories all around describing it. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We came to celebrate my husband's birthday by visiting the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. It was a very easy drive to get into Bardstown to visit the town and surrounding distilleries.

First, the host was very communicative and ensured the property is well equipped. It was clean, safe and nice. It is an excellent choice for the right traveler, but there is one significant potential drawback. This is an historical property that has been converted, which raises issues with the layout. The master bedroom and it's bathroom, which is the only bathroom accessible from inside, can only be accessed by going through the second bedroom, which means (1) there's no privacy for the second bedroom, and (2) that anyone wanting to use the bathroom without going outside first must also go through the master bedroom.

This was a really charming place! It was very clean and welcoming and very comfortable. We used it as a hub for visiting several distilleries (many by bicycle :-) and it was a great location.Some things that you may want to be aware of --* the property is at a crossroads -- looks to be a historic building converted to a residential type property.* light sleepers may find the traffic and thin walls difficult (my husband did -- not me though)* the second bedroom doesn't have a door to kitchen, and the only access to indoor bathroom is through the first bedroom - again not a problem for us, but know that the privacy offered by bedrooms is less than you might be used to (plan your group members wisely :-)All in all we enjoyed our stay here, and we would probably choose it again (with a sound machine for hubs).
