“It was under construction which wasn’t listed on the website. Check in is 4pm I got there after 5 and I still had to wait another hour for my room to be ready. You have to pay for parking. Only 1 of the hottubs were actually hot the other ones were cold. The elevators would take forever to come so we mostly used the stars. It’s very confusing getting around all of the construction. “The first room we were put in had broken AC. They knew and still put me in it. Then did Not wanna refund saying I didn't report it. I didn't need to they had a repair men coming in while I'm in there. Finally got a new room 2nd day in and a small refund last day.
