Kentucky Derby Weekend

Located right in the heart of Louisville. Easy to get to local bars and restaurants. Would stay here again!

The place was in terrible condition. Dirty dishes left out with rotting food. A dishwasher full of old dirty dishes. A fridge filled with spoiled food. There were a variety of stains on the carpet. The kitchen floor was sticky and gross. The bed was not made, there were stains on the mattress. The bathroom light was out, there was no soap in the bathroom, and the floor was a mess of dirty towels. It looked like a family had been living there long term, and had not cleaned a single time.
