"Room was very clean and attended to each day. We enjoyed the lively restaurant bar/dance club. Very upscale crowd of aWe had some issues with the safe in our room but the staff quickly attended and resolved the matter. I appreciated the prompt response to the urgent request and respect for privacy/confidentiality. We enjoyed our week long stay and plan to return."

"This is a nice hotel, conveniently located in the center of the NYC financial district. There are many bars, restaurants and activities within easy walking distance (only .6 mile to the 911 Memorial), and subway stations are nearby. The hotel rooms are small and pretty basic, but they are clean and our bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area is safe. I would stay here again."

"Staff was extrememly polite and helpful and we really appreciated them! Small room and bathroom but neat and clean and well appointed with bench for 2 suitcases, fridge and coffee fixings. TV and internet too. Beautiful view of the Empire State Building. We liked the restaurants along Church Street. Sheraton entrance neat and clean but street around Sheraton was dirty and trashy. Surrounding businesses had dirty windows but were neat and clean inside. Lots of aggressive street vendors trying to sell knockoff designer bags etc."
