「Pros: Hotel is clean. Pillow is very comfy. Location is convenient close to Fulton St Station and many downtown attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Cons: no coffee maker at room, room temperature can only be adjusted up to 74 degrees, which was too cold for us. # please note there will be $100 deposit and $20 facility fee per night. 」

「Nice large room, TERRIBLE LIGHTING!! It was either too bright or way to dim. Good luck putting make up in the bathroom!! Construction was going on directly across the street from my room- Started EARLY! For the price I paid I would have expected to at least be informed that it was happening. That said, the staff were all very nice and helpful. The fact that you can hear the Jazz music in virtually every room wasn't as loud as I thought and it ended around 11. But the screamers outside the bar...

「The hotel is really good. The room is not large but enought. Comparing with the other hotels in the same area, the room size is totally excellent. The bathroom is very clean and the housekeeping is excellent. The front desk is helpful and warmhearted. Everything is really good except for the TV streaming does not work. The internet needs to login everynight makes me feel a little bit troublesome. Thanks for all.」
