“Property, service, cleanliness, staff, and location are all excellent. Quiet and removed from the main town. Great to retreat. All staff helpful and friendly. Only drawback is the quality of food from the restaurant. Given the site is remote, you expect a reasonable offering from the restaurant onsite, yet we found it to be not only limited in options as many items were unavailable, but also food quality and presentation was very poor. To make things worse, I became sick with food……

“The property outside was so beautiful. The inside the room was cute, but strong mildew smell. The dehumidifier was really dirty. I cleaned it and turned on to remove dampness. I moved because closet outlet not working. Bed & pillows not comfortable. The people were truly kind and helpful. Restaurant not good at all skipped breakfast after eating dinner there night before. Also road was really busy and noisy. Overall good experience people so kind and friendly and helpful.”Michelle

“This was our best hotel experience in Bali. The view from the cabin is unbeatable looking into the smoky mountainous rainforest. We also got a free upgrade to à suite. That was awesome. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room comes with tons of perks like free laundry, free souvenirs, afternoon tea, and guided trek through local plantations. The restaurant food was also fantastic. I would highly recommend.”Tahsin

“I came to Nadi seeking space and quiet, and that is exactly what I received. The food was beautiful, the staff were so accommodating and genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful, and the whole experience gave me exactly what I needed at this time. Just a gentle heads-up that there are a lot of stairs, so if mobility is a challenge it’s something to be mindful of.
I stayed in both the Mountain View Tent and the Waterfall Tent and loved them both for different reasons. The Mountain View Tent was……Kim

“We booked the forest view room but we were offered to upgrade to the Floating Villas for a discounted price. We accepted and very glad we did. The floating villas are very unique with a beautiful view. I would describe them as somewhat rustic due to the fact that there are small gaps in the floor where you can see light coming through. The floors squeak some as you walk around and the occasional ant can be found inside. That aside we really liked staying in one. The bar and restaurant area is……William
