"This place is so remote and peaceful! The bungalow we had had an outdoor shower and bathroom and it was a little bit hard to get adjusted to the nature sounds at night time! If you want to remove yourself from civilization and be the one with oneself and nature, this is the place. I liked that they did not have Tv in the room or internet Wi-Fi (only at the restaurant). The food was amazing!! - best veggie soup/ Greek salad and omelet I ever had! + fresh fruits in the morning 100%. Also this...
"We booked the biggest room and the surface is not near the advertize one.
They tell you the room is for 4 people but its clearly for 2. Impossible to sleep at 4 even with young kids.
They sell you a king size bed which is a simple double bed.
And then they tell you: price is 72 USD with a 50% off promo so now it's 36 USD.
But when you see the regular prices on display, you see the regular price is like $12.
We tried to settle calmy but they told us they would not do anything.
Plus the...
"My time at Nysa gave me exactly the pause I was craving. The tent was cozy and inviting, with stunning scenery all around. It feels beautifully tucked away in nature, yet youâre looked after so thoughtfully - Adi was always ready to help with anything. You can really feel the intention and care behind this place. Perfect if you want to unwind, reflect, and feel connected to something bigger."
"This place far exceeded my expectations and I wish I could have stayed longer. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I was treated like family. The staff greeted me with fresh juice and an offer to make me dinner. The next morning Valorie(one of the owners) facetimed me and made sure everything was good and generously offered me a massage. I loved every part of my experience. The Villa was gorgeous and spacious. I loved sitting on my deck every morning watching and listening to...
"The rooms were not clean. There was cobwebs and spiders everywhere, in the bedrooms and eating areas. Quite a frightening experience. The other problem was there is no direct road access to the hotel, cars will have to stop outside along the roadside and the luggage and bags will have to be unloaded at the roadside. We had to walk about 5-10 mins to the hotel, amidst the padi fields while the hotel staff helped to bring our luggages via a motorbike. Itâs a nice walk if itâs in the morning, but...
"A beautiful setting with wonderful staff, even if one or two lacked attentiveness. The bamboo bungalow was beautiful. The bed and beddings were 5/5; very comfortable. Unfortunately, the accolades stop there. Because the "retreat" is so remote, there are no other eating options nearby so guests have to rely on the hotel restaurant. As good as the food was (save for the cold soups), the options were very limited. This was unacceptable given we were the only guests and the menu was not extensive at...

"We recently spent a week in a pool villa at Ayung Resort and had an incredible time. The location is breathtaking, nestled right in the jungle, and we were thrilled to see monkeys and other wildlife right from our room. We were particularly impressed with the staff and the high level of service. The food was delicious and the spa was a wonderful, relaxing experience. Although some of the facilities are a little dated and could use some maintenance, this didn't detract from our stay. Overall, it was a very good experience and we left feeling completely rejuvenated"
"This is a fantastic experience. From the minute you arrive, every member of staff goes out there way to make your stay special. The bale was perfect and very comfortable. The attention to detail was amazing. Pool area was lovely and iced water and cool towels were a lovely touch. Food is up there with Michelin star restaurants. Overall a perfect stay. "
