「Quick overnight stay. We checked in pretty late. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean. It’s an older place but it has been recently remodeled. I feel like this property is very reasonably priced considering the remodel. No complaints, I would stay here again. 」

「Very good location. The outside of the building (stairs and hallways) were little bit dusty but it could be because it’s has access to the river. Room was cleaned and bed was super comfy. I will say again! 」

「The pool wasnt opened and no where did they have that posted and my grandkids was very disappointed. This is one anemity they should post their opens and closings. This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel on memorial day weekend.」

「We really loved staying in this property. I stayed at the Big Horn room and it was great, my girls enjoyed it so much, it was beautifully decorated and it was SO clean. Renee was always available to contact in case of any questions and we also met the owner who was on the property making sure everything was smooth. If I go back to Helen, I will definitely stay here again. 」

「Very friendly and easy check in. Older hotel with charm and comfort. Not modern but in good condition. We would stay here again when visiting Helen.」

「Our room hasn't been cleaned. And from the dust and what was wiped up in the tub I don't know how long it sat empty... the carpet very clearly hadn't been vacuumed. There were crushed potato chips and other crumbs on the floor. Many stains in the carpet as well. The bed was comfy and linens in it were clean. Bath towels had stains on all of the sizes. A/c worked great so that was good. We paid extra to have the jacuzzi room and when we wiped out the tub it was apparent the tub hadn't been...

「We had pre-booked this motel for a stop on a cross country move with 6 dogs& 2 cats. When we arrived, the motel was completely closed due to an upstairs fire. Obviously unavoidable, but they had online reservations through the main reservation line and no email or call was made to let us know. When we called the customer service line they literally said well what did you want us to do about it. Completely unapologetic & didn't offer to help find a different location.」
