「Top hotel very well located. We just loved it. Hotel manager Dean has been a great help and support to fix a little issue, which happened during our stay. Very professional and customer oriented. Very quiet hitel for New York.We definitely recommend it for a great stay in Manahattan. 」

「Water was scalding hot at night when I tried to wash my face before bedtime. Could not even get it to be just warm. Was too tired to care but when I got up at 6:30 am to take a shower and get ready for a conference, the shower water was scalding hot. I love a hot shower….but there was literally no way to get into that water. I had to pack up my entire room and move to another room quickly in the morning. I had unpacked and had everything on hangers and it was a rough morning to shove it all back...

「We always stay at SoHo Grand when in NYC. Great location, dining options and friendly service. 」

「Pro—Very cheerful and helpful desk and housekeeping staff. Convenient to most of the sights we wanted to see in Manhattan. Cons—only two slow, small elevators to serve both guest and housekeeping staff. Only one ice machine for guests and it is located in the cellar, we had to go down and back up 36 floors on slow and usually crowded elevators just to get a bucket of ice. 」

「Room is a bit small but pretty cozy, the only thing is that my room is on 2nd floor so the outside noises is very loud, you can just hear cars or truck driving by.」

「I booked two nights in the hotel and pre paid already. But it was fulled when I checked in the night. They arranged me to another hotel around which I need to walk for few streets with my luggages. In the 2nd night, they arranged me the room with noise air conditioner when I moved back to hotel. Need to rearrange for another room. Also, the housekeeper open room door suddenly in the morning when I was still in bed. So shocked.」
